Sarah Stegner (Prairie Grass Café), Heather Bublick (Soul & Smoke), and Arshiya Farheen (Verzenay Chicago) for a collaborative evening of food, culture, and friendship.

This three-course, family-style dinner with drink pairings will take guests on a flavorful journey that fuses Ethiopian cuisine with global inspirations, highlighting the chefs’ creativity and shared love of hospitality. From appetizers to desserts, each dish tells a story of collaboration and gratitude.
