Dinner will be made up of a selection of Chef Tigist Reda’s favorite Ethiopian Dishes, full of rich flavors and tradition. Paired with Tigist’s go-to cocktails and her favorite style of wine, perfectly matched to the meal. This night is about joy, food, and community, raising a glass to Tigist and the flavors that make her feel at home.

Welcome drink: Tej Honey Wine
Katenya: Fresh injera rolled with clarified butter, berbere spices and topped with ayib cheese *vegan upon request
Family Style Dinner
Gomen Be Siga: Sauteed beef ribs with sauteed collard greens, fresh ginger, garlic, onions and jalapenos
Hilbet with seasoned Halibut: Thick and creamy dip made of fava beans, lentils and fenugreek, with silsi topped with sauteed colorful cherry tomatoes and halibut
Doro Wot: African hen in a rich berbere sauce served bone-in with a hardboiled egg and ayib (farmer’s cheese)

Ethiopian Style Tres Leches: Chef Tigist takes her favorite dessert and gives it a bold Ethiopian twist: sweet, spiced, and unforgettable.
